Do you ship worldwide?
Yes – we do ship internationally, but not to countries within the EU. If you live outside of the USA, you may find more convenient shipping options from the Grail Message Foundation’s International Web-shop
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 2–3 days of being placed. The delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you selected. Orders shipped within the Continental US usually arrive within 1 week. Canadian orders often take from 7–10 days. Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly (1–6 weeks, depending on location); for more information, please contact us.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated on your checkout page — you can then review your order total before completing your purchase. The cost is determined by the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you select. There is of course no shipping charge for digital downloads :)
Does my order have a tracking number?
No tracking information is provided for USPS orders. For orders shipped through UPS, tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships.
How do I download my eBook or Audiobook?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Also, at any time you can log into My Downloadable Products to download your purchases. If this does not work, please contact us.
How do I read my eBook?
By purchasing an eBook, you receive three different file formats — PDF, ePub, and Mobi — so you can read your eBook on the digital device of your choice. Our about eBooks page explains how to install your eBook on several popular platforms.
How do I listen to my Audiobook?
When you purchase a downloadable Audiobook, the MP3 files are packaged in a zip file — so you'll need to download the zip file to a computer or device that can unzip it. Then you can put the MP3 files on your MP3 player of choice.
Do you have a return policy?
We want you to be happy with your book(s). If you're dissatisfied for any reason, send us an email, and we'll try to resolve your issue or return/refund your purchase.
