You can buy books and audio book CDs via the local book stores, mostly on order. You can also purchase e-books from Amazon or iTunes.

 

Why can't I buy the 1931 edition of the Grail Message or the Resonances to the Grail Message in your shop?

The non-profit status Grail Message Foundation is the central point for the dissemination of Abd-ru-shin's main work "In the Light of Truth - The Grail Message".

The Grail Message Foundation exclusively disseminates the final edition authorised by the author himself ("Ausgabe letzer Hand") of the work "In the Light of Truth – The Grail Message by Abd-ru-shin.

In his last years on earth, the author undertook revision and restructuring of the Grail Message and only this edition should be circulated.

The Grail Message Foundation is obligated to comply with this express wish of the author – as was made public by Maria Bernhardt and Irmingard Bernhardt.

I would like to buy a product in a different language that is not available in your shop. Where can I source it?

The Grail Message Foundation offers publications in approximately 20 languages. For the most part, you can purchase products of this comprehensive programme in Germany, the seat of the Grail Message Foundation and have it sent world-wide. The shop is available in German, English, French and Chinese.

In addition, the shop in the USA forwards products to nearly all the countries of the world (except for the EU), the shop is available in English and Spanish.

Customers in the east Asian area can also obtain products in Hong Kong. The shop is available in the Chinese language.

Moreover, there are local online shops in numerous countries. You will find an overview of all online shops of the Grail Message Foundation on www.shop-grail.com.

 

How can I return products?

You can return products within 14 days of receipt of a delivery. You will find a cancellation form and the conditions governing cancellation in the General Business Terms and Conditions.

 

How does the purchase of e-books work?

How does the purchase of MP3 downloads work?

1. Add the desired product to the shopping cart.

2. Go to the checkout and carry out the ordering process up to the end.

3. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation with links for downloading the purchased download product. You can also download the products in the shop user account under "My Download Products".

You will be advised by e-mail if there are updates to the files (e.g. corrections of errors). You can download the updated file again for free in your shop account under "My Download Products".

 

How can I read e-books?

E-books have their own file format, requiring its own software for reading. We use the widely used formats .epub and .mobi.

You can open e-books with "iBooks" on Mac OS X or iOS (Desktop-/Laptop devices, tablet or iPhone). One click on the file and the programme opens automatically.

For Android, there are numerous e-book readers, just look for an "e-book reader" in Google Play Store. "Moon Reader" is one example of an Android e-book reader.

You can read e-books in mobi format on Kindle devices from Amazon.

All of the following programmes are currently being offered by the manufacturers free of charge and function on PCs under Windows and Mac OS X, two of the above-mentioned also on Linux platforms.

1. Adobe Digital Editions

Adobe Digital Editions is a simple e-book software available for Windows and Mac OS X.

You can download this software cost-free under http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html. You can also find instructions on the installation and use of Adobe Digital Editions there.

2. Firefox Add-on Epub-Reader

E-books can be read in the Firefox browser (regardless of the operating system) with the add-on "Epub-Reader".

To do so, start Firefox and go to "add-ons" in the menu.

Here, search for "Epub reader" and then install the add-on. After reboot of the browser, the add-on will be available automatically and you will automatically be shown instructions on using this browser extension.

From now on, there will be a small book symbol above on the right next to the search bar (next to other already installed add-ons) via which you can access your epub reader.

3. Calibre

Calibre is software for managing e-book data available for Windows, Mac OS X, Android and Linux. This programme is somewhat more complex and thus at the beginning more difficult to use than the above-mentioned programmes. You can download this software cost-free under http://calibre-ebook.com/.

 

How can I listen to audio books on my iPad/iPhone?

In order to listen to audio books on an iPad or iPhone, two things are necessary:

1. Access to the audio book


2. Download of the audio book onto the device

On: 1. Access to the audio book

If you have purchased the audio book without a data storage device, please download the audio book onto the computer on which you service your ipad or iPhone via "iTunes":

● After the purchase, register in your user account in the shop. Click the entry on the right "My Download Products".

● Download the audio book file(s) with a click on the coloured article entry on your computer.

The individual MP3 files are in the downloaded ZIP files. Please copy (or extract) them into their own file folder (directory) of your choice. If you have purchased the audio book on a CD or DVD, please put the latter into the appropriate disk drive of the relevant computer and the audio or MP3 files will be on display.

On: 2. Download of the audio book onto the device

You can play audio books on the iPad or iPhone via "iTunes". For this, connect the device to the computer, on which "iTunes" and the downloaded audio book are available. Next, add the MP3 files of the audio book to your media library in "iTunes". Then, to download the audio book into it, synchronise the "iTunes" library with the connected device.

 

How can I listen to audio book downloads if I do not possess a PC (only iPhone/iPad)?

If you do not have a PC available, to download the album as a ZIP file and to unpack it you can download the audio book directly from the shop onto your iPhone or iPad. You will find the download links in the order e-mail or in your user account in the section "My download products".

Since Apple itself does not provide software for "unpacking" ZIP files, you must install software for this purpose later. Look in the App Store for appropriate Apps (e.g. "iZip" or "WinZip", both Apps currently free).

After you have loaded the ZIP album onto your iPhone or iPad, you can unpack the ZIP file with the installed App.

 

How does the payment procedure function?

When you click "Go to Checkout" you will get to Complete Transaction . Here, step by step, in addition to the delivery address and invoice address, the shipping method and the shipment costs including the type of payment are specified.

 

Can I order for another person?

After the "Go to Checkout" click, you can specify different delivery and invoice addresses. This way, you can have your order delivered to a different person.

 

Where do you deliver to and how much are the shipment costs?

We ship to Canada exclusively and the shipment costs can be found here.

No shipment costs are incurred for the purchase of download products.

How fast do you deliver?

Shipping is normally done within three working days of reception of an order.  We use Canada Post for all our deliveries. Their standard delivery terms state delivery within 2 days (local), up to 5 days for regional, and up to 9 days for national, Monday to Friday. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. The quoted delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days.

Download products will be available to you after entry of payment.

We send our products with Canada Post.

 

Do you also have courier services or express shipments in your offer?

No. We forward exclusively through standard postal channels.
